Refund policy — Petclan 

Kidstown kits are digital downloads. Once the files are sent, they cannot be returned the way a toy can.

We refund when

•  You were charged twice

•  You received the wrong kit (for example Young Explorers instead of Little Dreamers)

•  The zip will not open and we cannot fix it within 48 hours

•  You paid and the download never arrived

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. If we refund, we may need you to delete the files.

We do not refund when

•  You changed your mind after downloading

•  You expected a printed book in the post

•  You do not have a printer

•  Your child did not like the activities

•  You bought the wrong age by mistake after the files were downloaded

•  You already printed the pages

Please read the age on the cover before you pay: Little Dreamers 3–6, Young Explorers 7–15.

If the file is broken

Write to us first. We will send a fresh link. Most “it doesn’t work” messages are a second download away, not a refund.

Bundle orders

If one book in the bundle is wrong or missing, we replace that file. We do not refund the whole bundle if the other book was downloaded.

How to ask

Contact → order number → what happened (one sentence).

We answer as fast as we can, usually within 1–2 business days.

Buying this product means you understand it is a digital kit, delivered as PDFs, with no physical shipment.
